COVID-19 Protocol
To our Valued Customers
As the battle with COVID-19 continues, and the province of Ontario has been placed in
lock-down once again, we will continue to work as per the provincial guidelines to keep
our customers, staff, and our community safe.
The Ontario Government has deemed Automotive Repair as an essential service. With
this in mind, we understand the importance of keeping your vehicle reliable and safe. At
Eurotech, we strive to keep your vehicle in road-worthy condition so you may continue to
access essential needs or commute to essential places of work.
To continue to keep everyone safe and healthy, we will be following the below
procedures:
• the waiting area will remain closed
appointments must be made prior to vehicle drop off
• all vehicle keys will be dropped through the front dropbox and pick up will be
arranged on an individual basis
• all touch surfaces within the vehicles will be cleaned with disinfectant/sanitizer prior
to and after service
• acceptable forms of payment will be Visa/Mastercard over the phone or direct
deposit via email
Please note we will be seeing a limited number of customers each day, and have
a rigorous program of social distancing and sanitation in effect.
